Kilvin Kathenya

Lawyer

Kilvin Kathenya is a compassionate, conscientious, and meticulous Lawyer and has been working with the firm since 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Degree from the University of Nairobi. He successfully completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is awaiting admission to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

Having completed his pupillage at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), Mr. Kathenya was exposed to an extensive, hands-on training, and experience on various aspects of Criminal Law and Litigation. He has excellent research and drafting skills and is keen to practice various areas of law including:

• Commercial Transactions;
• Conveyancing;
• Intellectual Property Law;
• Probate and Administration (Law of Succession);
• Criminal and Civil Litigation; and
• Tax Law.

While working with us, Mr. Kathenya has assisted in successfully handling various conveyancing matters, provided legal advice on land-related matters and on commercial transactions, is in charge of the MMAC blog among other responsibilities.
